The LLB (Hons) Law Top-Up is a Bachelor’s level qualification delivered through Blended Learning and awarded by the University of Wolverhampton. This programme is designed for students who already hold a Level 5 qualification (such as a Diploma in Law or equivalent) and wish to “top up” their existing qualification to a full Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours.
The LLB degree course acts as the first step to a career in law. It equips students with the skills and knowledge to progress onto the Bar Professional Training Course in order to become a qualified barrister. Alternatively, for those wishing to qualify as solicitors, the LLB degree acts as a preparatory legal education for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination.
On successful completion, graduates will hold an internationally recognised LLB (Hons) degree awarded by a UK university, enhancing their career prospects and opening doors to a wide range of legal and professional roles.
The University of Wolverhampton is a modern, dynamic institution with a rich history dating back nearly 200 years.
