The MA Strategic People Management and HR Top-Up is a Master’s level qualification delivered through Blended Learning and awarded by the University of Wolverhampton. This programme is designed for professionals who already hold a relevant postgraduate diploma (Level 7) or a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma and wish to “top up” their existing qualification to a full Master of Arts degree.
The course is designed for those professionals looking to enhance and develop their postgraduate level strategic knowledge and behaviours to provide the necessary skills, competencies, and knowledge to achieve a Masters in the area of People Management (including Human Resources, Learning and Development and Organisational Development).
The course provides input for study skills at Masters level and the completion of a Masters Professional Project Module is an independent study unit which provides an opportunity to identify a People Management related issue and develop the critical thinking skills to analyze and recommend approaches to address the issue.
